中国铸造耐磨材料的发展——兼介中国铸造耐磨材料产业技术路线图

         

摘要

我国是铸造耐磨材料(件)生产大国,2009年国内磨料磨损工况消耗钢铁耐磨材料铸件350万t以上,并以5%~10%的年增长率快速增长.论文结合介绍中国铸造耐磨材料产业技术路线图主要内容,重点分析和论证中国铸造耐磨材料产业技术历史、现状、发展方向和研发路径,并以产业链为主线,分耐磨材料研发与应用、熔炼与铸造、热处理、机械加工、装备制造、产业共性技术创新体系建设等6个领域,具体凝练提出应开展的共计41项重点研发项目.旨在促进建立中国铸造耐磨材料产业可持续发展的技术创新体系,依靠产学研合作和自主创新,突破铸造耐磨材料产业链中的共性和关键技术,推进耐磨材料产业整合和发展,使我国铸造耐磨材料产业整体实力居国际同行业前列.%China is a big production country of the casting wear resistant materials (parts), there were more than 3.5 million tons of iron and steel wear resistant material castings consumed under domestic abrasive wear conditions in 2009, and this annual consumption rapidly grew by 5% to 10%. In this article, the history, current status, direction of development and research development path of Chinese foundry wear resistant material industry technology were mainly analyzed and discussed on the basis of introducing the Chinese foundry wear resistant material industry technology roadmap main content. The industry chain which was divided into 6 fields was taken as the main chain line including the development and application of wear resistant materials, smelting and casting, heat treatment, machining, equipment manufacturing and the construction of industrial common technology innovation system respectively. And a total of 41 key research and development projects were put forward, which were concise and should be carried out. All these projects aim at promoting the establishment of, sustainable development and technological innovation system of the Chinese foundry wear resistant materials industry, meanwhile, relying on industry-academy-research cooperation and independent innovation, making a breakthrough at the common and key technologies of casting wear resistant materials in the industrial chain, and also promoting industry consolidation and development of wear resistant materials. It will boost the overall strength of China foundry wear resistant materials industry to go beyond the forefront of international industry.
