养殖乌鳢皮肤溃烂病的病原及血液病理研究

         

摘要

从患皮肤溃烂病的濒死乌鳢( Channa argus)体内分离到一株细菌W12915-1,经菌体形态学观察及API 20E系统鉴定,确认该病原菌为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)。人工感染试验证明该菌可导致乌鳢皮肤溃烂病。血液指标检测显示,与健康鱼相比,人工感染该菌3d后患病乌鳢的红细胞数、血红蛋白含量、总蛋白、尿素氮、总胆固醇、血糖、 K+、 Na+、 Cl-等指标显著下降,而白细胞数、红细胞脆性、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶等指标显著升高,说明该菌具有强致病性,可引起乌鳢造血功能障碍,肝、肾等主要组织器官严重损伤。%Bacterium strain W12915-1 , isolated from Channa argus with ulceration of skin , was identified as Aeromonas hydrophila by physiological and API 20E biochemical items.It was demonstrated that artificial infection with A.hydrophila could cause C.argus to suffer skin-ulceration.Compared with healthy fish , the blood physiological and biochemical indi-ces of C.argus 3 days after artificial infection changed greatly.The erythrocytes count , hemoglobin content , total protein , urea nitrogen, total cholesterol , glycemic, serum K+, Na+and Cl -decreased significantly , while leukocyte count , e-rythrocyte fragility , alanine aminotransferase , aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase increased significant-ly.The results indicated that A.hydrophila had a strong pathogenicity and cowd cause hematopoietic dysfunction in C.argus and serious damage to liver and kidneys.
