对硝基酚对稀有鲫胚胎的急性毒性

         

摘要

p-Nitrophenol is a used intermediate of medicine , dye, organic phosphorous insecticide.This study investiga-ted the acute toxicity of various concentration of p -NP to Gobiocypris rarus embryos.Pepresentative toxicological endpoints were observed during the development of embryos.Meanwhile, statistical analysis was applied to study the toxicity of p -NP to the rare minnow embryos on heart rate , mortality rate , hatching rate , spontaneous movement frequency and body length.The results showed that p -nitrophenol could delay the development of embryos , and result in the condensation of embryonic eggs , formation of pericardial cysts , curvature of the spine etc.or even death.With the increasing concentration of p-nitrophenol , the hatching rate and the survival rate at 96 h dereased , while malformation rate and death rate in-creased.The median lethal concentration ( LC50 ) of 24, 48, 72, 96 h were respectively 14.162, 10.282, 4.484, 4.160 mg/L and safe concentration ( SC) was 1.63 mg/L.%实验探究了不同浓度对硝基酚对稀有鲫( Gobiocypris rarus)胚胎发育的急性毒性,记录了胚胎发育过程中具有代表性的毒理学特征,并对稀有鲫的心率、死亡率、孵化率、自主运动频率及孵出仔鱼体长进行统计分析。结果显示,对硝基酚会导致稀有鲫胚胎发育延迟,并造成胚胎卵凝结、心包囊肿、脊柱弯曲等多种畸形甚至死亡现象。随着对硝基酚浓度的提高,稀有鲫的胚胎孵化率、96 h成活率降低,各时期的死亡率与畸形率均增加。对硝基酚对稀有鲫胚胎24、48、72、96 h的半数致死浓度( LC50)分别是14.162、10.282、4.484、4.160 mg/L,安全浓度( SC)是1.63 mg/L。
