100种中草药体外抑杀嗜水气单胞茵的药效研究

         

摘要

用琼脂扩散法(打孔法)测定了诃子等100种中草药对嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)的抑制作用,并用二倍稀释法测定抑菌效果较强的48种中草药对嗜水气单胞菌的最小抑菌(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC).结果显示:大部分中草药对嗜水气单胞菌有抑制作用,诃子和秦皮的抑杀效果最好,其抑菌圈直径达20 mm以上,MIC和MBC相同,都为3.91 mg/mL(诃子)和7.81 mg/mL(秦皮);红藤、仙鹤草和覆盆子等13种中草药有中等强度的抑菌和杀菌效果;雷公藤等33种中草药抑菌作用弱;而牛蒡子等52种中草药无抑菌作用.%The antibacterial effect of 100 Chinese herbal medicines, including Terminalia chebula, Fraxinus rhynchophylla etc. on Aeromonas hydrophila were detected by means of the disc diffusion method. And the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of 48 Chinese herbal medicines which had significantly antibacterial effect against A. hydrophila were determined with the double dilution method. The results showed that two species (T. chebula and F. rhynchophylla) of the detected 100 Chinese herbal medicines had the best antibacterial role against A. hydrophila, and the inhibitory circle of these two medicines exceeded 20 mm. Their MICs were the same with MBCs, and were 3. 91 mg/mL for T. chebula and 7. 81 mg/mL for F. rhynchophylla, respectively. Except the two species above, other 13 Chinese herbal medicines, such as Sarhentodoxa cuneata , Agrimonia polosa, Rubus chingii and so on, had moderate antibacterial effect. In addition, there were other 33 species of Chinese herbal medicines with just a little resistance against A. hydrophila, and the other 52 species with no effect against the bacteria.
