中华沙鳅人工繁殖技术初探

         

摘要

The experiments of domestication skill, cultivation and artificial propagation were carried out ou Botia supercili-aris Gunther (25. 0 ~ 100.0 g) which were captured from the Yangtze River, Jinsha River and Min River. The results showed that wild fish of B. Superciliaris could grow normally and develop to propagation under artificial breeding condition. The wild fish of B. Superciliaris were selected to induced to maturation by injecting artificial synthetic hormone (PG and LHRH-A2) and could spawn and produce sperm. The number of fertilized eggs was 30,000 and that of the hatched larvae was 11,000. The parturifacient rate was 60. 0% , the fertilized rate was 47. 5% , and the hatching rate was 36. 7% , respectively. At the water temperature of 19 ~23 t, it takes 34 ~37 hours for fertilized eggs becoming larvae after hatching, and fry with 30 -33 mm in total length and average fry survival rate of 63. 6% were obtained after 30 days' rearing.%对从长江、金沙江和岷江水域中收集质量为25.0~100.0 g的中华沙鳅(Botia superciliaris Günther)进行人工驯养、亲鱼培育和人工繁殖试验.结果显示:野生中华沙鳅能在人工饲养条件下生长和繁殖.注射人工催产药物鲤鱼脑垂体(PC)和促黄体素释放激素类似物(LHRH-A2)可促使亲鱼产卵和排精,催产的100尾雌鱼中有60尾成功产卵,获得受精卵约3万粒,孵出鱼苗约1.1万尾,其催产率、受精率、孵化率分别为60.0%、47.5%和36.7%.水温19 ~ 23℃时,从受精卵到孵出鱼苗需要约34~37 h,仔鱼经过30 d的培育全长可达到30~33 mm,出苗率平均为63.6%.
