Growth of two years old of Cuora flavomarginata( Gray) were studied by natural temperature culture(14. 7 -33. 3 ℃ ) and stages control temperature culture (20. 3 ~33. 3℃) in stages, The results showed that, the average body weight gain of turtle in natural temperature calture was after 180 days' experiment, 54. 27 g, and the relative growth rate was 115. 89% , the absolute growth rate was 0. 30; for turtle cultured in controlled temperature, theirs average body weight gain was 72. 88 g, the relative growth rate was 1157. 95% , the absolute growth rate was 0.41. The average body weight in control temperature culture was 1. 34 times higher than that in natural temperature culture. The growth rate of control temperature culture was faster than the growth of natural temperature culture. Under the natural temperature condition, young turtle grew slower in May, weight showed negative growth in October, the faster growth rate occurred from June to September. Under the control temperature condition, young turtle grew fast in May but was slow in October, the faster growth rate occurred from May to September, and growth period was extend about 30 days. Under the natural temperature condition, the growth equation of body weight and daily age was W = 37. 3758 + 0. 6610T - 0. 001572, r = 0.9768, r >r0.01|(P<0.001) ; Under the control temperature condition, the growth equation of body weight and daily age was W = 39. 3271 + 0. 68099T-0. 0012XT2,r=0.9923, r > r0.01 (P <0.001). In both culture conditions, the body weight, carapace length, plastron length and carapace high were correlated positively with daily age, there were significantly positive-relationships between body weight and carapace length, body weight and plastron length, body weight and carapace high also.%研究了常温养殖(气温为14.7～33.3℃)与初夏、秋末阶段性的控温养殖(气温为20.3 ～33.3℃)两种养殖方式下黄缘闭壳龟Cuora flavomarginata(Gray)二龄幼龟生长的情况,试验结果:通过180 d的试验,常温养殖幼龟平均增重54.27 g,体重相对增长率为115.89％,绝对增长率为0.30;控温养殖幼龟平均增重72.88 g,体重相对增长率为157.95％,绝对增长率为0.41.控温养殖幼龟均体重是常温养殖的1.34倍,生长速率明显高于常温养殖.常温养殖幼龟5月份生长率缓慢,10月份呈负增长,快速生长期为6～9月份；控温养殖幼龟5月份生长率较快,10月份生长率缓慢,快速生长期为5～9月份,控温养殖使幼龟生长期延长约30 d.常温养殖幼龟体重的生长方程为:W=37.3758 +0.6610T-0.0015T2,r=0.9768,r＞r0.01(P＜0.001)；控温养殖体重的生长方程为:W=39.3271+0.68099T -0.0012XT2,r=0.9923,r＞r0.01(P＜0.001).两种养殖方式,体重、背甲长、腹甲长、体厚与日龄均呈正相关,同时体重与背甲长、腹甲长及体厚也呈正相关,相关系数r＞ r0.01(P＜0.001),相关性极其显著.
