Biological body is an object with life. In other words, life and object are not one thing but two different matters. The object is what we know biology consisting of molecules, cells and organs. Life is different from biology. However, in modern science, life is defined as biology and it leads to a blurred boundary between life medicine and biology medicine. Recent study found that, the essence of life is not biology, but the bioelectricity circulatory system covering molecular charges, cell potentials, organ electricity, holistic (overall) electricity and environmental energies. Biology is the vector or carrier for bioelectricity circulatory system. In this way, death can be defined by bioelectricity activities and are described in three levels. First stage is the overall death; the overall death is overall bioelectricity circulation stop, electrocardiogram(ECG) disappears. At this stage, life can be restored,and organ can be transplanted. The second death stage is death of organs and cells, at this stage, the resting and action potentials of cells disappeared; The third stage is molecular death, at this stage, protein charges are neutralized therefore proteins lost their activity.
