非平衡反磁矩技术的有限元仿真和实测分析

         

摘要

Proposed an "anti-magnetic moment of the non-equilibrium". Using this technology to construct permanent magnet generator induction of the magnetic circuit, the generator rotor magnetic moment in order to offset the anti-magnetic moment with each other through the induction of the magnetic circuit and the main magnetic circuit, in order to extract the core is magnetized to obtain additional magnetic energy is converted into electrical energy, significantly improve the energy efficiency coefficient of the generator. FEM simulation result and prototype model experimental results comparison proved it.%本文提出了一种“非平衡反磁矩技术”.采用此技术构造永磁发电机诱导磁路,通过诱导磁路和主磁路的相互配合产生发电机转子正磁矩以抵消反磁矩,从而提取铁心被磁化时获得的附加磁能转换成为电能,实现大幅度地提高发电机的能效系数.经过计算机仿真计算和与模型样机的实测结果对比,初步确认此技术能够大幅度地提高永磁发电机的能效系数.
