An electrochemical analysis method based on cyclic voltammetry to study the electrochemical behavior and determination of triclosan in graphene modified electrode. In pH 7.0 PBS buffer, the oxidation peak current and the concentration of triclosan showed a good linear relationship within the range of 2.0×10-8~1.2×10-7 mol/L, the detection limit is 3.0×10-9 mol/L. This method has been used in the determination of triclosan in real samples and the result is satisfactory with high sensitivity and wide detection range.% 采用循环伏安法研究三氯生在石墨烯修饰电极上的电化学行为及建立对其含量测定的电化学分析方法.在pH 7.0 PBS缓冲液中,氧化峰电流与三氯生的浓度在(2.0×10-8~1.2×10-7)mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为3.0×10-9 mol/L.已用于实际样品中三氯生含量的直接测定.该方法灵敏度高、检测范围宽,结果令人满意.
