Binhai New Area, four districts around Tianjin center city and Wuqing district will be the future focus of the rapidly growing population. To cope with the future development trend of its spatial distribution of population, Tianjin need pay attentions to more high quality public resources allocated in suburban districts, the perfect urban rail transit system and the good city ’s ecological environment.
