This article points out that the study on the winning mechanism remains very weak. The winning mechanism is related to the accomplishment of organizational goals,to the organizational reform, and to the talent identify, all of this was analyzed. In addition, the paper discusses the concept, function, applications of winning mechanism, the relation between winning mechanism and incentive mechanism, and winning delay, and winning efficiency, and winning cost. In the end, the author points out that winning mechanism is a new research site urgently needed to be explored and a new point for knowledge growth.% 该文指出胜出机制的研究十分薄弱，而胜出机制及其变化与组织目标的实现、与组织变革、与人才甄选及发挥作用密切相关，并对此进行了分析。还探讨了胜出机制的概念、功能、应用，胜出机制与激励机制、与胜出滞后、与胜出效率及胜出成本等的关系，指出胜出机制是一个亟待开拓的研究场点和新的知识增长点。
