本文利用紫外分光光度法和荧光光度法,以没食子酸(GA)-DNA二元体系为对照,研究了仿生理条件下Cu(Ⅱ)-GA-DNA三元体系在紫外吸收光谱与荧光光度光谱的变化,推测出"Cu2+-GA"之间及"GA-Cu2+-DNA"之间均发生了相互作用,分别形成了稳定的配合物和复合物.%The Interaction of Cu(Ⅱ)- gallic acid(GA) with calf thymus DNA in solution was studied by absorption and fluorescence spectra. The series solution of "Cu (Ⅱ)-GA" was control groups. The result showed that DNA could bind in the series solution of "Cu(Ⅱ)- GA- DNA" were studied. The red shift of gallic acid in the presence of Cu2+showed that GA-Cu2+binary complex was formed and that ternary complex of GA-Cu2+-DNA was formed too.
