5,6-二羟基吲哚的发展与合成现状

         

摘要

5,6-二羟基吲哚具有无毒、副作用的永久性染发剂,正逐步取代苯胺类化合物作为合成染发剂的最佳选择.但是由于5,6-二羟基吲哚对氧、过渡金属、PH值较为敏感,性质很不稳定.目前已有的生产方法主要包括苯甲醛法、苯乙腈法、苯乙胺法以及电化学法,这些方法由于收率不高以及操作条件苛刻等原因,提纯比较困难,一直难以制备出高纯度的5,6-二羟基吲哚,使得一直难以进行5,6-二羟基吲哚的大型化生产.%As a kind of permanent hair dye , 5,6-dihydroxyindole is nontoxic and has no side-effect, which is gradually replacing aniline compounds as the best choice for the synthesis of hair dyes. However, 5,6-dihydroxyindole is very unstable due to its sensitivities to oxygen, transition metal and PH value. At present, the production methods mainly include benzaldehyde method, benzene acetonitrile method, phenylethylamine method and electrochemical method. These methods are difficult to get product with high purity because of their low yield and harsh operating conditions, so it is difficult to carry on the large-scale production of 5,6-dihydroxyindole.
