设计性高分子成型加工与表征综合实验的教学改革

         

摘要

For reform of polymer processing experiment in two aspects: one, integrated experiment content, increase the proportion of designing and comprehensive experiments, change the verification experiment for the comprehensive, designing experiments, students through plastic formula preparation, processing and forming, performance testing, waste recycling, exercise ability to analyze and solve practical problems; Second, the reform of experiment teaching, improve study effect of students, change the traditional mode of demonstration experiment, let the students themselves, to master molding equipment, the use of the preparation of plastic products and performance testing, etc. Through the experiment curriculum reform to make the students learn the whole process of material processing and testing, training students' ability to analyze problems comprehensively, and to the development of new materials and design; At the same time to make the students master the polymer material forming the comprehensive operation.%对高分子成型加工与表征实验进行三方面改革:①整合实验内容,变验证性实验为综合性、设计性实验;②改革实验教学方式,由学生操作,教师指导;③完善考核体系,全面评估学生能力.改革方案将选择配方、操作设备、设计工艺、性能检测和回收利用五阶段的产品开发过程有机联系在一起.通过实验课程的改革使学生学习材料加工及表征的全过程,训练学生全面分析问题的能力,并能够进行新材料的开发和设计;同时使学生掌握高分子材料成型以及检测的综合操作.
