聚砜纳滤膜的制备

         

摘要

研究聚砜纳滤平板膜的制备,通过浸没相转化过程制备膜,讨论和研究聚砜(PSF)含量,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮含量,凝固浴温度和空气浴时间对膜结构、硫酸镁溶液水通量和截留率的影响,结果表明;聚砜(PSF)含量增加,凝固浴温度升高、空气浴时间增长时,都可以使膜水通量降低,截留增大,而聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)含量增加时水通量增加,截留率降低.%The preparation of polysulfone (PSF) nanofiltration flat sheet membranes was investigated.Membranes were prepared via the phase inversion process by means of immersion precipitation.Effects of PSF concentration (29.5wt.%,30wt.%,30.5wt.% and 31wt.%),PVP concentration (20 wt.%,25 wt.%,30 wt.%,35 wt.%),coagulation bath temperature (CBT=25 ℃,30 ℃,40 ℃,50 ℃,60 ℃,70 ℃) and evaporation time on morphology,water permeation flux and thermal/chemical stability of the prepared membranes were studied and discussed.The results showed that when PSF concentration,coagulation bath temperature and evaporation time increased.All of this could reduce the membrane water flux,Retention increased.The water flux increased with the increase of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) content,Retention reduced
