硅烷改性聚醚型防霉密封胶的制备与研究

         

摘要

本文采用硅烷改性聚醚树脂(MS树脂)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)、碳酸钙、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、硅烷偶联剂、催化剂等制备一种MS密封胶,并选择三种类型的防霉剂研究防霉剂对密封胶的性能影响.结果表明,防霉剂可以提高硅烷改性聚醚密封胶的防霉性能,异噻唑啉酮类防霉剂更适合MS密封胶体系.随着防霉剂用量的增加,密封胶的防霉性逐渐提高,防霉剂质量分数为1.0%时,密封胶的综合性能优异,防霉等级达到0级.%The silane modified polyether sealant was synthesized by silane modified polyether resin(MS),PPG,CaCO3,vinyltrimethoxysilane,silane coupling agent,catalyst and other additives.The effect of different antifungal agents on the properties of sealant was also researched by selecting three kinds of antifungal agents.The results showed that antifungal agent can improve the anti-mould properties of silane modified polyether sealant and the lsothiazolinone antifungal agents exhibit better performances in MS system.The addition of antifungal agents led to the gradual improvement of mildew resistance.When the addition of the antifungal agents was 1.0 wt%,the sealant exhibited outstanding performance that the mildew proof grade can reach 0 level.
