膜蒸馏技术在电厂脱硫废水处理领域的中试应用

         

摘要

This report is introducing the result of our pilot project on ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) of FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) wastewater in Sanhe thermal power plant. The core technology of the process is Membrane Distillation. The result of the pilot test indicates that it is feasible and economical to apply membrane distillation system on ZLD of FGD wastewater. When feed water temperature is among 69~80 ℃, water output is satisfying, and the value increases with the rise of temperature, while with the running time of system extends, the water output will decrease. In this case, hydrochloric acid can be used for system recovery. MD technology can simplify the ZLD process of FGD wastewater, and meanwhile reduce the investing cost and operating cost of the whole system.%本文主要是结合目前脱硫废水零排放处理领域的难题,对膜蒸馏技术及其系统在三河电厂脱硫废水零排放处理的中试试验情况进行了简单介绍.中试试验结果表明,膜蒸馏系统在脱硫废水零排放处理领域应用是可行的、经济的.膜蒸馏系统的产水量在69~80度之间运行较好,且随着进料温度的升高而升高;随着运行时间的延长,膜蒸馏系统产水量会有所下降,当系统产水量降低时,可以采用盐酸清洗的方式恢复;采用膜蒸馏技术可以降低脱硫废水预处理的费用,简化脱硫废水零排放处理的工艺流程,降低系统整体的投资和运行成本.
