Belgium is a second biggest world cluster for chemicals and plastics.Chemistry industry has important position in Belgium.According to the data from Eurostat 2006,the share of chemicals and plastics in total economy is almost about 2times bigger comparing to the EU27 members1.In the paper,we discussed on the market scales,developing policies and regulations.%比利时是世界第二大化学和塑料研发集群,化学工业在比利时占有重要的位置,根据Eurostat 2006年的统计数据,化学工业占全国经济总量的比重几乎是欧盟27个成员国的2倍,文章对比利时化学工业的市场规模、发展政策进行了一些探讨。
