Fenton试剂法处理DMF的研究

         

摘要

DMF is a kind of toxic organic that does serious harm to the environment. It remains long time and is hard degradable. The effect of the treatment on DMF by Fenton reagent and the influence of single factor on the effect were studied. The results show that: pH=3, reacting for 40 min, cantaining 250 mg/L, H2O2 dosing for 3 mL/L and FeSO4·7H2O dosing for 1500 mg/L were the best reaction condition. In the condition, the removal rate of DMF can reach 49.7 %. By UV Vis analysis, it can be seen that the main mechanism of Fenton reagent treating DMF is broking macromolecular into small molecules by damaging C=O and -NH-,which provides a favorable condition for follow-up biological treatment.%N-N二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)是一种对环境有严重危害的有毒有机物.具有时效长目难以生物降解的特点。实验研究了Fenton试剂法处理DMF的效果及各单凶素对处理效果的影响。结果表明:处理DMF的最佳条件为:pH=3,反应时间30min,艇水浓度为250mg/L,H2O2投加慑为3mL/L,FeS04-7H20投加最为1500mg/L,在此条件F,DMF的去除率可达到49.70%。经紫外可见光谱分析,发现Fenton试剂处理DMF废水的机理主要是破坏基团中的C=O和-NH-,将大分子链破坏为小分子链。为后续生物处理创造了有利条件。
