目前随着我国的环境污染日益加重,各种突发环境事件频繁出现,给经济、社会和人民的生产和生活带来前所未有的挑战。2000年至2010年的11年里共发生环境污染与破坏事故13480次。通过三个方面分析我国突发环境事件频发的原因,最后指出环境资源和经济社会发展的矛盾,是突发环境事件产生的最根本的原因,只有坚持环境保护与经济发展相协调,才能从根本上遏制突发环境事件频发的态势。%Now as China＇s pollution is increasing,various environmental accidents frequently occurred,the economic,social and production and the life of the people face to unprecedented challenges.In the 11 years between 2000 and 2010,a total of environmental pollution and destruction of 13,480.Three reasons for frequent analysis of China＇s environmental event,finally pointed out that the contradictions between economic and social development and environmental resources,is the fundamental cause of environmental accidents,only by adhering to coordination between environmental protection and economic development in order to curb frequent environmental accidents
