文章调查了木质家具制造企业VOCs排放途径,通过企业生产试验和监测分析,建立了木制家具生产过程VOCs物料衡算关系并计算了企业VOCs排放量,发现广东省木制家具生产企业生产过程中单位时间的涂料用量大致相同,平均值为0.0562 kg/min,确定单位涂料用量引起的VOCs排放量为企业VOCs排放系数,给出了排放系数计算方法。%Emission pathway of enterprise producing wooden furniture was investigated.The material balance of VOCs during wooden furniture production process was established and VOCs emissions of enterprise were calculated by production test,monitoring and analysis.The results showed that the amount of paint used per unit time of enterprises producing wooden furniture in Guangdong province were basically the same,and the average value was 0.562 kg/min.The emission factor of VOCs was determined by VOCs emissions produced by unit amount of paint,and the calculation method of emission factor was given.
