过氧化钙对土壤中砷生物有效性的影响

         

摘要

A pot experiment was carried out to study the addition of CaO2 to arsenic bioavailability in arsenic contaminated soil.The results showed that significant difference were found in arsenic available contents when the CaO2 addition was 10 mmol·kg^-1.The arsenic available contents increased with the increasing CaO2concentration,the CaO2consumption should not be too much.The biomass of Italy lettuce showed significant difference increased with the addition of CaO2,but didn’t showed significant influence to broccoli(cv.Zhongganshiyi).The arsenic concentration in Italy lettuce was significantly lower with the increasing CaO2 concentration,the arsenic concentration in Italy lettuce was the lowest while the addition of CaO2 was 10 mmol·kg^-1.The broccoli arsenic concentration didn’t showed significant difference when the addition of CaO2 was not high.When the CaO2 addition was 50 mmol·kg^-1,the arsenic contents in broccoli was significantly lower than its control.The vegetables are not feasible to be planted in the soil because of its high arsenic concentration.%通过室内培养实验和盆栽试验研究了CaO2对土壤中砷生物有效性的影响。结果表明CaO2用量为10 mmol·kg^-1土时,土壤中砷有效态含量显著降低。随着CaO2用量升高,土壤中砷有效态含量也有升高,CaO2用量不宜过高。CaO2的施用能显著提高生菜的生物量,但对甘蓝的生物量影响不明显。CaO2的施用显著降低生菜砷含量,在CaO2用量为10 mmol·kg^-1土时,生菜砷含量最低。在低CaO2用量时,对甘蓝砷含量影响不大,当用量为50 mmol·kg^-1土时,甘蓝砷含量显著降低。由于此污染土壤砷含量过高,不宜种植蔬菜。
