The paper mainly discussed production general calcium superphosphate process in our factory,product quality surplus caused the damage caused by the product quality and excess cause analysis,in view of the cause analysis made a series of measures,basic solved the problem of excess calcium superphosphate quality factory,made the product of the effective phosphorus,water and free acid control in both economical and qualified range.%文章主要论述了我厂在生产普通过磷酸钙的过程中,产品质量过剩造成的损害及造成产品质量过剩的原因分析,针对原因分析制订了一系列的解决措施,基本解决了我厂过磷酸钙质量过剩的问题,使产品的有效磷、水分及游离酸控制在既经济又合格的范围内。
