基于ANSYS Workbench的压力容器开孔接管区的应力分析

         

摘要

Pressure vessel plays a decisive role in many fields, such as petrochemical industry, energy, etc. In the industrial production, due to the technology and structure requirements, pressure vessel is always in need of opening apertures and installing tubes, which will result in structure discontinuity, produce the phenomenon of stress concentration on the opening tubing connection, and make the opening tubing connection become damage sources of the equipment. The stress on the opening tubing connection of the vessel barrel with different aperture diameters was analyzed and compared by utilizing ANSYS Workbench software. Results indicated that obvious stress concentration is produced on its opening tubing connection, stress gradient was large, and the larger aperture diameter, the bigger maximum stress was on the vessel barrel.%压力容器在石油化工、能源等领域中起着举足轻重的作用。工业生产中,由于工艺和结构的要求.需要在压力容器简体上开孔并安装接管,从而会在开孔接管区造成结构的不连续性,引起应力集中现象,使该部位可能成为设备的破坏源。论文采用ANSYS Workbench软件对压力容器简体上不同孔径开孔接管区的应力进行了分析比较。结果表明:压力容器开孔接管区出现了明显的应力集中,应力梯度大,且在简体上开孔的孔径越大,最大应力也越大。
