Our country with a vast territory, rich in natural resources. Metal mineral in the country accotmt for a large proportion of heavy metals, mining environment management and repair have become an important issue, there is some mining area control problems, put forward some theoretical proposals, from the mining stage to the construction and operation phases to punish the repair phase, targeted and some solutions are given.%我国幅员辽阔，资源丰富。其中金属矿产在全国占很大的比例，重金属矿区的环境治理与修复也成了一个重要问题，就已经存在的一些矿区治理问题，提出了一些理论上的建议，从矿区开采阶段到建设运营阶段到整治修复阶段，针对性的给出了一些解决办法。
