Since 2011 October,When the 5#6# tamping coke oven after put into production,the benzene yield increased to 30000 tons,the existing vortex pump can not meet the production requirements,then benzene distillation system vortex pump all modified CQB type magnetic pump,we firstly according to the flow,head and other process parameters were selected for magnetic pump,through technical transformation.Solution of magnetic drive pump in the practical problems that exist in the process,finally,by drawing characteristic curve,evaluation of the magnetic pump in refined benzene system running effect.%自2011年10月份,酒钢5#6#捣固焦炉投产以后,轻苯产量增加至3万吨/年,现有旋涡泵满足不了生产要求,遂将精苯蒸馏系统旋涡泵全部改型为CQB型磁力泵,我们首先依据流量、扬程等工艺参数选定了磁力泵型号,通过技术改造较好地解决了磁力泵在实用过程中存在的问题,最后,通过绘制特性曲线,评价了磁力泵在精苯系统的运行效果。
