天然气脱水过程中三甘醇废弃指标体系研究进展

         

摘要

三甘醇作为天然气脱水过程中常用的脱水剂,其性质在脱水过程中由于各方面因素的影响而发生变化,影响天然气脱水效果。三甘醇价格较高,对于其的废弃非常谨慎,确定三甘醇废弃指标体系就显得非常重要。目前有关三甘醇废弃指标体系的研究还不系统,各研究结果不够统一,不利于实际应用。因此,在三甘醇废弃指标体系的研究中,在综合考虑影响其变质因素和实际上产的条件下,可以考虑从影响甘醇脱水性、发泡性、腐蚀结垢性能三方面来确定废弃指标体系,在每个方面下分主要指标和辅助指标,以此推动三甘醇废弃指标体系的发展和建立。%Triethylene glycol as a dehydrating agent commonly is used in natural gas dehydration.In dehydration process,its nature changes due to various factors affecting.At last,its nature changing has the influence of natural gas dehydration effect.For TEG higher price,its abandonment is very careful,identified TEG abandoned index system is very important case.Currently,research on the abandoned index system of TEG is not systems.Various research results are not uniform enough,conducive to the practical application.Therefore,study on the index system of waste should be considered together under their metamorphic factors and conditions actually produce effects,there can be consider index system of three aspects to determine the abandoned from impacting the glycol dehydration and foaming resistance,corrosion and scaling performance each aspect make of key indicators and supplementary indicators thereby,that promoting the development and the establishment of index system of TEG abandoned.
