The work aimed to improve quality and result of teaching.Multimedia teaching method and manufacture practice was combined to optimize the content of courses,select appropriate method in the teaching process.Interest of learning was efficiently inspired.The effect of learning and the ability of applying theory to practice were improved in the teaching process.%为提高代谢工程教学质量和效果,在教学过程中,采用了多媒体教学结合生产实践优选教学内容、采用适当的教学方法。在教学过程中有效地激发了学生学习兴趣,增强了学生的学习效果及理论联系实际的能力。
