正常人股骨近端1H磁共振波谱表现

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the characteristics of H Proton MR Spectroscopy (1H - MRS) of normal proximal femur. Methods The 1H - MRS of left proximal femurs of 60 health volunteers were earned out. In all subjects, comparisons had been made in fat fraction (FF) , lipid water ratio (LWR) and line width (LW) among the region of interest (ROI). Results There were significant differences among the ROIs in FF and LWR (P < 0. 01 ) , while no significant difference was revealed in lipid peak LW and water peak LW ( P > 0. 05). The age was significantly positively correlated with FF and LWR among the ROIs , while negatively correlated with water peak LW (all P < 0. 01). Conclusion H - MRS is effective in evaluating the proximal femoral marrow content ; and marrow fat content in normal proximal femur increases with aging.%目的 探讨正常人股骨近端1H磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)的特点.方法 选取60例正常体检者行1H-MRS检查,以每10岁为年龄均隔分为4组,分别比较各感兴趣区(ROI)间脂肪分数(FF)、脂水峰比(LWR)和基线宽度(LW)值,并与年龄作相关分析.结果 (1)组间各ROI的FF及LWR差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),而各ROI脂峰LW和水峰LW差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05).(2)各ROI的FF和LWR均与年龄呈正相关,而水峰LW均与年龄呈负相关(均P<0.01).结论 1H-MRS能很好地评价股骨近端的骨髓状况,正常人股骨近端的脂肪含量随年龄增长而增多.
