帕金森病患者血清中犬尿氨酸、犬尿喹啉酸及色氨酸的测定及临床意义

         

摘要

目的 研究帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)患者血清犬尿氨酸(kynurenine,KYN)、犬尿喹啉酸(kynurenic acid,KYNA)和色氨酸(trptophane,TRP)浓度及代谢改变,探讨其临床意义.方法 采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法(HPLC-FLD)检测16例首发PD患者、36例美多巴(Madopar)治疗PD患者、20例正常对照人群血清KYN、KYNA和TRP的浓度,比较血清KYN、KYNA、TRP以及KYNA/KYN和KYN/TRP比值的差异性.结果 美多巴治疗PD患者血清KYNA水平和KYNA/KYN比值较首发PD患者和正常对照人群显著升高(P<0.01);首发PD患者及美多巴治疗PD患者血清中TRP水平较正常对照人群显著升高(P<0.01).结论 采用HPLC-FLD检测PD患者血清中的KYN、KYNA及TRP的含量,可为帕金森病的临床诊断和药物治疗提供部分实验室依据.%Objective To evaluate the serum kynurenine ( KYN ), kynuremc acid ( KYNA ) and trptophane ( TRP ) in Parkinson's disease ( PD ) patients and healthy controls. Methods The serum KYN. KYNA and TRP levels in 16 first episode PD patients, 36 PD patients treated by Madopar and 20 age - matched healthy controls were measured by high performance liquid chromatography - fluorescence ( HPLC - FLD ). KYNA/KYN and KYN/TRP ratios were calculated. Results The serum KYNA level and KYNA/KYN in PD patients treated by Madopar were significantly higher than those in first episode PD patients and controls ( P < 0. 01 ). The serum TRP levels in first episode or Madopar treated PD patients was significantly higher than that in controls ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion The serum KYN. KYNA and TRP levels in PD patients may be used for the diagnosis and treatment of PD.
