某弧形闸门闸墩三维有限元应力应变分析

         

摘要

The structure stress in arc strobe is very complex .The safe operation and service life of buildings is determined by the stress and strain in bullfrog .In this paper the ANSYS software is applied to analyze the sluice pier at static load of the work under different conditions of state .The conclusions and optimum suggestions can be drawn in this paper : Concrete in bullfrog at the maximum stress, the performance of other parts of concrete material is not fully developed .Therefore, for the optimization design of the structure , in order to ensure the sluice pier thickness and radial gate support size unchanged , the size of the bullfrog will be widened.So, the stress of bullfrog will be improved , and the area of rich concrete will be reduced .In this way, for the purpose of save material and full use of materials can be realized .By analyzing the stress and strain in different conditions of state , the conclusions can be used to guide the design and testing directly , and to provide a reliable basis for optimize design .%应用大型结构计算软件Ansys,对某弧形闸门闸墩应力应变进行三维有限元模拟计算与分析。得出结论和优化建议:闸墩牛腿处砼应力最大,其他某些部位砼材料的性能还没有充分的发挥。因此,为了结构的优化设计,在保证闸墩厚度尺寸和弧门支座尺寸不变的情况下,建议将牛腿的尺寸加宽,从而改善牛腿周边的应力分布,使牛腿处的最大拉应力减小,闸墩富裕混凝土区域减少,以节省材料,达到充分利用材料的目的。通过不同工况下闸墩的应力和变形的结果分析,校验工程设计的合理性,并提出工程设计方案进一步优化改善建议。
