考略肠痈的源流及病机,以冀能为临床提供理论指导与治疗思路.疏理了始自《黄帝内经》至历代医家对肠痈的发挥,归纳总结了不同时期医家的观点及贡献,从释名辨类、源流考略、病机探微、临证启发四个方面进行阐述.论述了湿热郁积,气血凝滞;肠络受伤,瘀血凝阻;邪客经络,寒气化热;情志所伤,气机不畅是肠痈的主要病机.%This paper mainly discussed the origin and pathogenesis of acute appendicitis, in order to provide theoretical guidance and ideas for clinical treatment.The treatments on acute appendicitis were sorted out from Neijing to ancient physicians.The viewpoints and contributions of physicians in different periods were summarized.The clarification was carried out from differentiation induction, origin, pathogenesis and clinical inspiration.The dampness-heat stasis and blood stagnation, intestinal collaterals injured and blood coagulation resistance, pathogen invading meridians and heat transformed from the cold, emotion injury and poor qi movement are the main pathogenesis of acute appendicitis.
