目的 观察丁香开胃贴敷脐治疗在慢性心功能不全合并便秘患者中的疗效.方法 入选80例慢性心功能不全合并腹胀的住院患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组在慢性心功能不全规范治疗的基础上加用莫沙必利片口服;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上应用丁香开胃贴敷脐治疗.比较两组治疗7天后腹胀改善情况.结果 治疗组在改善慢性心功能不全合并腹胀方面明显优于常规对照组,两组疗效差异有统计学意义.结论 丁香开胃贴敷脐治疗慢性心功能不全合并腹胀疗效明显,安全有效.%Objective To observe the curative effect of Dingxiang Kaiwei plaster in the treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency complicated with abdominal distension.Methods 80 cases of hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure complicated with abdominal distension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group.The control group used Mosapride tablets on the basis of the standardized treatment.The treatment group used Dingxiang Kaiwei plaster umbilical therapy based on the control group.The abdominal distention improvement of two groups was compared after 7 days of treatment.Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving chronic heart failure complicated with abdominal distension, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Dingxiang Kaiwei plaster in the treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency complicated with abdominal distension has significantly curative effect, and is safe and effective.
