Post-stroke anxiety disorder ( PSAD) is a common complication of stroke , and the pathogen of the disease is not completely clear . Treatment methods are also diverse .The researches of the disease are increasing attention to PSAD because of its serious impact on the quality of life.The author tried to analyze and organize 10 years’ literatures in recent times, discussed the treatment status of PSAD to get summary, and expected to provide the basis and reference for treatment and research of the disease in the future .%脑卒中后焦虑（ PSAD）是一种常见的脑卒中并发症，其病因尚未完全明确，临床治疗方法也多种多样，由于其可严重影响患者的生活质量，近年来关于脑卒中后焦虑的研究也日益增多。通过阅读、综合分析、整理近十年有关文献，对脑卒中后焦虑的治疗现状进行归纳总结，期望为今后临床上对本病的治疗和研究提供一定依据和参考。
