目的：分析对大于60岁腰间盘突出症的患者行阳和汤加味治疗的效果。方法资料选取本院2014年9月—2015年9月收治的＞60岁腰间盘突出症120例患者进行回顾性分析，根据治疗时方案分成两组，将行常规西药治疗的54例患者设为对照组，将在对照组基础上行阳和汤加味治疗的66例患者设为观察组，对两组具体治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组总有效率比对照组高，且腰腿疼痛、间歇性跛行发生率比对照组低（ P＜0．05）。结论大于60岁腰间盘突出症的患者行阳和汤加味治疗有利于改善患者临床症状，具有一定临床应用价值。%Objective To analyze the effect of modified Yanghe decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of patients over 60 years of age.Methods Data of 120 cases lumbar disc herniation patients over 60 years of age in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were retrospectively analyzed , and the patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment plan .The control group of 54 patients underwent conventional Western medicine .The observation group of 66 patients was given Yanghe decoction on the basis of the control group .The specific therapeutic effect was compared .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group , and lumbago , skelalgia and intermittent claudication incidence of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Yanghe decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of patients over 60 years of age helped to improve the clinical symptoms , and had certain clinical value .
