Objective To analyze the clinical value of ear acupoint bean pressing combined with integral nursing in the intervention of perimenopausal syndrome .Methods This study was conducted from March 2011 to June 2015, 200 cases of patients with perimenopausal syndrome were treated it our hospital within this time were selected as study objects .According to the different time of the patients admitted to hospital, the patients were randomly divided into groups .The control group of 100 cases received ear acupoint bean pressing treatment . The observation group of 100 cases strengthened the overall nursing intervention on the basis of the ear acupoint bean pressing .The nursing effect of two groups of patients was compared .Results The effective rate of the observation group was 98.0%, the effective rate of the control group was 78.0%, and the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group , P<0.05.3 months after treatment , the difference on patient ’ s level of SCL-90 score between the observation group and control group had significant statistical significance P<0.05.6 months after treatment , difference on patients ’ score between the two groups had statistical significance , P<0.01.Conclusion The ear acupoint bean pressing combined with integral nursing in the intervention of perimenopausal syndrome can effectively promote the patient treatment and recovery , and is worthy of clinical attention and application .%目的：分析在围绝经期综合征患者临床中应用整体护理结合耳穴压豆方式干预的价值。方法本次研究开展的时间为2011年3月—2015年6月，组中共纳入研究对象200例，均为该段时间内在本院接受治疗的围绝经期患者，根据患者入院治疗的不同时间进行随机分组，对照组100例，进行耳穴压豆方式治疗，观察组患者100例，在耳穴压豆治疗的同时加强整体护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果治疗有效率观察组为98．0％，对照组为78．0％，观察组明显高于对照组，P＜0．05；治疗后3个月观察组患者的SCL－90评分水平与对照组比较差异具有明显统计学意义，P＜0．05；治疗后6个月，两组患者评分比较具有显著统计学意义，P＜0．01。结论对围绝经期患者进行耳穴压豆方式治疗结合整体护理干预可有效的促进患者治疗和恢复，值得临床重视和推广应用。
