Objective To explore the nursing method and effect of acupoint injection in treating diabetic neurogenic bladder ( DNB ) . Methods 90 cases of DNB in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group , with 45 cases in each group . Two groups were given acupoint injection therapy , the control group was also given conventional nursing , and the observation group was also given individual nursing intervention .The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%which was significantly higher than 75.56%of the control group , and there was significant difference ( P<0.05) .Conclusions The implementation of individual nursing intervention in the treatment of DNB with acupoint injection can effectively improve the therapeutic effect .%目的：探讨穴位注射治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱（ DNB）的护理方法及效果。方法选取我院DNB患者90例，随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。两组均给予穴位注射治疗，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予个体化护理干预，比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率93．33％，明显高于对照组的75．56％，具有显著差异性（P＜0．05）。结论在穴位注射治疗DNB的过程中实施个体化护理干预，能够有效提高治疗效果。
