Objective To investigate the effect of Qutan Huayu Tang and Massage in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with phlegm and blood stasis.type;Methods 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 80 cases were treated by Qutan Huayu Tang and massage therapy, the control group of 80 cases were treated by with oral western medicine.Results We did the statistics of the two groups after three courses.27 cases of the treatment group were significantly effective, 47 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 92.50%.6 cases of the control group were markedly effective, 50 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 70%.The therapeutic effect of two groups had significant difference (P<0.05).And they were improved significantly with FPG, 2hpG, HbAlC levels, and were significantly reduced with CHOL, TG, LDL levels, elevated with HDL levels in patients in the treatment group.Conclusion It has good curative effect of the treatment with Qutan Huayu Tang and Massage in type 2 diabetes with phlegm and blood stasis type.%目的：探讨祛痰化瘀汤合推拿治疗痰瘀型2型糖尿病的效果。方法将160例患者随机分组，治疗组80例采用祛痰化瘀汤合推拿治疗，对照组80例单用口服西药治疗。结果两组均在治疗3个疗程后统计：治疗组显效27例，有效47例，总有效率为92．50％；对照组显效6例，有效50例，总有效率为70．00％。两组治疗效果有显著性差异（ P＜0．05），并且治疗组能明显改善患者FPG、2hpG、HbAlC水平，显著降低患者的CHOL、TG、LDL水平，升高HDL水平。结论祛痰化瘀汤合推拿治疗痰瘀型2型糖尿病有较好疗效。
