To observe both the curative and side effects of Qu Bi capsule intreating rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: 98 patients were randomly selected for observation with 50 cases in the observation group given 6 Qu Bi capsules each time and 3 times a day and with 48 cases in the control group given 2 tablets of Triptetygium Wilfordii Polycoside each time and 3 times a day. The treatment course for both groups lasted 6 weeks. Results: There was no great difference in the curative effect for both groups ( P > 0.05 ). Also no obviouss difference was indicated in the integral of symptoms and physical sign and the transformation rate of negative reaction of ESR and CRP ( P > 0.05 ). The incidence of side effects reached 6.0% in the observation group and 25.0% in the control group with significant difference between them.Conclusions: The same effectiveness can be found in Qu Bi capsule as well as Tripterygium Wilfordii Polycosside but Qu Bi capsule has less side effects.%观察祛痹胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效和副作用。方法：采用随机对照观察法，共观察类风湿性关节炎98例。观察组50例，口服祛痹胶囊，每次6片，每天3次；对照组48例，口服雷公藤多甙片，每次2片，每天3次，均6周为1个疗程。结果：2组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后2组各症状体征积分及ESR，RF、CRP转阴率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为6.0％，对照组为25.0％，2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：祛痹胶囊的有效性与雷公藤多甙片相似，但其副作用低于雷公藤多甙片。
