目的 评估季节性过敏性结膜炎(SAC)治疗中0.1%氟米龙滴眼液的使用需要,为临床上对SAC使用激素类眼液需要率及使用频度提供依据.方法 收集60例(112眼)SAC患者,首次就诊时采用"帕坦洛+埃美丁+爱丽"治疗方案,治疗第3天症状未缓解的患者加用0.1%氟米龙滴眼液,至症状缓解为止.对所有患者于治疗前、治疗后进行症状及体征评分.结果 19.6%(22/112)患眼需要加用0.1%氟米龙滴眼液治疗.在加用0.1%氟米龙滴眼液治疗后,90.9%(20/22)患者3 d内症状缓解.需要和不需要0.1%氟米龙滴眼液治疗的患者在治疗前症状评分、体征评分、总评分均无统计学差异(均P>0.05).结论 抗组胺类及双效作用类药物联合使用可使大部分SAC患者3 d内症状缓解,仅少部分患者需加用激素类药物低频度、短时间治疗.%Objective To assess the demands for fluorometholone eye drops in the treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis (SAC) so as to provide the reference for the demand rate and usage frequency of steroids eye drops applied to SAC treatment.Methods Sixty patients(112 eyes) with SAC received the therapeutic regimen of olopatadine eye drops,emedastine difumarate eye drops and sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the first consulting visit,and the patients,whose symptoms were not relieved on the third day after treatment,were given 0.1% fluorometholone eye drops additionally until they achieved symptom remission.The scores of symptoms and signs for all the patients were recorded before and after treatment. Result 19. 6% of the eyes(22/112) needed the additional therapy of 0. 1% fluorometholone eye drops.90.9% of the patients(20/22) obtained symptom remission within three days after the additional treatment with 0.1% fluorometholone eye drops.Before treatment,no statistically significant differences were observed in the symptom scores,sign scores or total scores between patients who needed and did not need the therapy of 0.1% fluorometholone eye drops(all P>0.05).Conclusion Most of the patients with SAC achieve symptom remission within three days after the combined therapy of antihistamine and dual-effect drugs,only a few patients need additional steroids drugs with low frequency and short curative duration.
