介绍了鱼梁航运枢纽的工程概况及库区淹没特点。以节约用地的原则对库区移民安置进行合理规划，其中，右江右岸的四平村与支流百谷沟大片耕地提出了抬填处理方案，田东县城提出了防护抽排方案，库区移民安置点采用了原址抬高回建安置方案。%An introduction was made on the general situation and reservoir area inundation characteristics of Yu-liang Navigation Complex. The reservoir area inhabitant resettlement planning was conducted in accordance with land-saving principle. Lift filling treatment was designed for the large tracts of arable land at Siping village and Bai-gugou tributary along right bank of Youjiang River. Drainage pump station was designed for Tiandong County seat. Reconstruction on artificially raised original sites was designed for other resettlement locations.
