研究了5-(2-羟乙氧基)间苯二甲酸二甲酯的合成反应,优化了合成的条件。通过加大环氧乙烷的量及新的加料方式,改进了合成条件:以5-羟基间苯二甲酸为原料,经过酯化反应及环氧乙烷的开环反应以71%的总产率制备了5-(2-羟乙氧基)间苯二甲酸二甲酯。新合成方法不需加压条件,也避免了Williamson反应所需的价格昂贵的溴乙醇或氯乙醇等试剂。%Synthesis condition of 5-( 2-Hydroxyethoxy ) isophthalate was investigated. The best reaction condition was generated though esterification with methanol, followed by reaction with ethylene oxide to form 5-(2-Hydroxyethoxy) isophthalate at 71% yield. The new synthesis route does not need to be pressurized, and also avoids 2-Chloro-1-ethanol or 2-bromine-1-ethanol for Williamson reaction.
