In the production of purified terephthalic acid （pta）, a variety of reasons may lead to catalyst deactivation and affect the service life. In recent years, according to the analysis of the application situation of Pd/C catalyst, the in- fluence factors of Pd/C catalyst service life were found out, and the method of extending the service life of the catalyst was discussed. Through the inloading and unloading, and well operation of the process, stable production, avoiding fluctua- tion, timely alkaline cleaning black stain, strictly controling the hydrogen and take off water purity, and avoiding catalyst poisoning, and a series methods, the service life of the Pd/c catalyst was extended.%在精对苯二甲酸的生产中，有多种原因可能导致催化剂失活，影响其使用寿命。根据近几年Pd／C催化剂的使用状况的分析，找出影响Pd／C催化剂使用寿命的因素，并探讨延长Pd／C催化剂使用寿命的方法。通过在装卸、工艺操作中精心操作，平稳生产，避免波动，及时碱洗，严格控制氢气和脱离子水纯度，避免催化剂中毒等一系列的延长Pd／C催化剂使用寿命的方法。
