人工关节仿生软骨层制备及生物摩擦学性能研究进展

         

摘要

The preparation technology of bionic cartilage layer on the surface of traditional rigid artificial joint materials, and its effect on biotribological properties was reviewed. The difficulties in the preparation technology of bionic cartilage layer on the surface of artificial joints and the future research directions were discussed. The results suggested that the bionic cartilage layer on the surface of the artificial joint can not only effectively improve the lubrication performance of the traditional hard artificial joint surface and reduce the wear rate of the artificial joint, but also improve the resistance to physiological impact load-bearing conditions and ultimately prolong the longevity of the artificial joint.%论述了传统硬质人工关节材料表面仿生软骨层的制备技术及其对生物摩擦学性能的影响.并对目前人工关节表面仿生软骨层的制备技术存在的难点及今后的重点研究方向进行了综合评述.结果表明, 人工关节表面仿生软骨层不仅能够有效改善传统硬质人工关节表面的润滑性能、降低人工关节的磨损率, 还可提高材料抗生理冲击载荷能力, 最终延长人工关节的使用寿命.
