Objective Analysis of the influence of hemolysis on clinical biochemical tests, and take preventive measures. Methods 40 medical patients in our hospital were selected cases, fasting venous blood specimen collection, automatic biochemical analyzer on hemolytic serum biochemical inspection project results to take, and carries on the comparison, the implementation of effective preventive measures. Results The serum K+, ALB after hemolysis, ALT and AST were higher than that of hemolytic serum index before, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of hemolysis on biochemical test results is larger, can prevent by personnel, equipment, operation flow, reduce hemolysis, improve the quality of examination.%目的:分析溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响,并采取预防措施。方法选取我院收治的体检患者40例,采集空腹静脉血标本,采取自动生化分析仪对溶血前后血清的生化检验项目结果,并对其进行比较,实施有效的预防措施。结果溶血后血清 K+、ALB、ALT 及AST 指标均高于溶血前血清,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论溶血对生化检测结果的影响较大,可通过人员、器械、操作流程等方面进行预防,减少溶血出现,提高检测质量。
