ObjectiveExplore the clinical pharmacist pharmacy intervention clinical irrational drug use, improve the rational clinical use of drugs. MethodsI randomly selected 400 cases of hospital patients from different departments, depending on the clinical medication care process, patients were divided into control and intervention groups, two groups of patients for clinical data were analyzed.ResultsIn clinical irrational drug use and the incidence of adverse reactions, the intervention group than the control group (P<0.05), with statistical significance.ConclusionFor clinical irrational drug take pharmacist pharmacy intervention can signiifcantly improve patient medication safety, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, reduce medical costs of patients, clinical irrational drug use changes the status quo.%目的：探究临床药师对临床不合理用药的药学干预效果，提高临床用药的合理性。方法随机选取我院来自不同科室的患者400例，根据患者临床用药护理方法的不同，将患者分为对照组和干预组，对两组患者的临床资料进行对比分析。结果在临床不合理用药以及不良反应发生率方面，干预组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论对于临床不合理用药采取药师药学干预方法，可明显提高患者的用药安全，降低患者不良反应发生率，减少患者的医疗费用，改变临床不合理用药的现状。
