护理风险管理在急诊患者安全管理中的实施效果分析

         

摘要

目的:探究在急诊患者安全管理中实施护理风险管理的效果,并进行分析。方法对我院急诊科收治的80例患者展开研究,根据护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上进行护理风险管理;分析比较两组患者的护理效果及满意度。结果两组患者护理差错比较χ2=3.8650(P=0.0493),患者投诉比较χ2=4.4443(P=0.0350),护理满意度比较χ2=4.9375(P=0.0263),护理态度评分比较t=19.5459(P=0.0000),书写规范评分比较t=14.3094(P=0.0000),操作规范评分比较t=10.7004(P=0.0000),沟通情况评分评分比较t=17.1550(P=0.0000),差异具有统计学意义。结论护理风险管理在急诊患者安全管理的实施取得了显著的效果,有效提高了患者对护理的满意度以及护理质量,避免了风险事件的发生。%Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy of nursing risk management implementation on the safety management of patients from emergency department. Methods A total of 80 patients admitted by the emergency department of this hospital were investigated, they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different methods of nursing was divided into observation group and control group, patients in the control group were subject to routine nursing care, and patients in the control group underwent nursing risk management on the basis of that of patients applied on the observation group. The nursing efficacy and satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared. Results Nursing error of patients in two groups hitχ2=3.8650(P=0.0493), comparison in complaints of patients in two groups hitχ2=4.4443(P=0.0350), comparison in the nursing satisfaction hitχ2=4.9375(P=0.0263), the comparison in the nursing attitude of patients in two groups hit t=19.5459(P=0.0000), the comparison in writing standard score hit t=14.3094(P=0.0000), the comparison in the operating standard score hit t=10.7004 (P=0.0000), the comparison in communication score hit t=17.1550(P=0.0000), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Nursing risk management delivers significant efficacy in safety management implementation of patients from emergency department, effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing and nursing quality of patients, avoiding the occurrence of risk events.
