贝那普利对慢性心力衰竭患者疗效及血浆脑钠素、高敏C反应蛋白水平的影响

         

摘要

目的:观察贝那普利对慢性心力衰竭患者疗效及血浆脑钠素(BNP)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法选择2011年1月至2014年1月在我院就诊的慢性心力衰竭的患者80例,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以贝那普利治疗,观察治疗后的疗效,及治疗前后左室收缩末期容积(LVESd),左室射血分数(LVEF),左室舒张末期容积(LVEDd),6 min步行试验(6MWT),BNP和hs-CRP水平的变化。结果观察组的总有效率为97.50%明显优于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.507,P<0.05)。治疗后LVEDd,LVESd,6MWT,BNP和hs-CRP水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),观察组的降低水平更为明显(P<0.01);而LVEF水平均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),观察组的升高水平更为明显(P<0.01)。结论贝那普利对慢性心力衰竭患者疗效显著,具有改善心功能,抑制机体的炎症,值得在临床推广应用。%Objective To observe the efficacy of benazepril in patients with chronic heart failure and their impact on the levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP). Methods 80 patients with chronic heart failure, from January 2011 to January 2014, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 40 cases. The control group received conventional treatment, observation group were gave benazepril in the basis of the control group, the efifcacy after treatment, and the levels of left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESd), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDd), 6 min walk test (6MWT), BNP and hs-CRP before and after treatment were observed in each groups. Results The total effective rate was 97.50%in observation group signiifcantly better than 80.00%in control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant(χ2=4.507, P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of LVEDd, LVESd, 6MWT, BNP and hs-CRP were signiifcantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01), lower levels in observation group were more obvious(P<0.01);while, the levels of LVEF were signiifcantly higher compared with those before treatment(P<0.01), the elevated levels were more obvious in observation group(P<0.01). Conclusion The efifcacy of benazepril in patients with chronic heart failure is obvious, with improved cardiac function and inhibitory body's inlfammation, it is worthy of clinical application.
