Objective To explore the affecting factors in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes blood glucose lfuctuation. Method Using the dynamic glucose monitoring system (CGMS) in March 2013 to March 2014 to our hospital 200 cases of dynamic blood glucose monitoring for 72 hours. Results Gender, duration of diabetes and HbA1c are the factors inlfuencing the lfuctuation of blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion In this study, three kinds of lfuctuations in blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes get old, needs further study.%目的：探究老年2型糖尿病患者血糖波动的影响因素。方法采用动态血糖监测系统（CGMS）对2013年3月至2014年3月前来我院住院的200例患者进行进行连续72 h的动态血糖监测。结果性别、糖尿病病程和HbA1c是老年2型糖尿病患者的血糖波动的影响因素。结论本次研究得到影响老年2型糖尿病患者血糖波动的三种因素，有待进一步研究探讨。
