目的：探讨中西医结合治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年4月至2014年4月收治70例不稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者的临床资料，随机分为观察组与对照组，各35例，对照组患者给予常规手术治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上术后给予中医辨证施治，比较两组患者平均愈合时间、关节功能恢复时间以及骨折愈合情况。结果观察组患者平均愈合时间关节功能恢复时间均明显优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者愈合总有效率为94.3%，对照组愈合总有效率为77.1%，观察组明显优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采取中西医结合方式治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折能够缩短愈合时间，早日恢复关节功能，明显提高骨折愈合情况，值得在临床上推广使用。%Objective To investigate the connect a Chinese and western medicine treatment the clinical effect of unstable type of distal radius fractures.Methods From April 2012 to April 2014 type treated 70 cases of unstable distal radius fractures in patients with clinical data, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in the control group with conventional surgery, observation group of patients in the control group on the basis of TCM evidence-based medicine postoperatively, comparing two groups of patients with an average healing time, joint function recovery time and fracture healing.Results Observation group of patients with an average healing time of joint function recovery time were signiifcantly better than the control group, with statistical signiifcance(P<0.05);observation group of patients healing the total effective rate was 94.3%, control group total effective rate was 77.1%, healing observation group was better than control group, with statistical signiifcance(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopt the mode of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of unstable distal radius fractures can shorten the healing time, early recovery of joint function, improve fracture healing, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
